Smartphone manufacturer Pantech has officially unveiled its new Android phablet, the Pantech Vega Secret Up. This new phablet comes equipped with the best of hardware configuration and offers features that will definitely amaze you!
The Pantech Vega Secret Up is no ordinary phablet; so don’t expect it to just have specs and features that are found on any other regular phablet. So without any further delay, let us check out what the Pantech Vega Secret Up has to offer.
Since the Pantech Vega Secret Up is a phablet, the device has a 5.6-inch touchscreen display with a full HD screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The device is equipped with one of the fastest mobile chipsets in the market, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800. So this phablet is powered by a 2.26 GHz quad-core processor, Adreno 330 GPU and has 2 GB of RAM. On the back of the device, you get a high performance 13 MP primary camera and on the inside you have 16 GB of storage space. The Pantech Vega Secret Up runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box and is backed up by a hefty 3150 mAh battery. So if you were worried about the battery backup, you simply shouldn’t be.
But there is lot more that you get in this new phablet from Pantech, and these additional features and options make the device even more desirable. The phablet includes native FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) support and Qualcomm DRE (Dynamic Range Enhancement) audio technology that provides a richer dynamic range.
If you have been fascinated with the fingerprint sensor present on the Apple iPhone 5S, you are going to be extremely happy with the Pantech Vega Secret Up. Because even this phablet has a fingerprint scanner that will provide you with an improved level of security. And yes, there’s more. Consumers will not have to go looking for privacy guards for the screen because the phablet already has it! Pantech says that the display on the Vega Secret Up is already privacy protected, hence only you will be able to see what’s happening on the screen. We are really looking forward to get our hands on one of these phablets and check out this unique feature, but for now we just have to wait.
Pantech has even come up with a special flip case that will enhance your audio experience. Pantech says that the case will amplify the phablet’s sound and will also vibrate with different sounds and volumes. The company further claims that the amplifier effect of this flip case will be the same as the one in a concert hall. This case will be sold separately and the price has not been given out yet. But the good part is that Pantech will be offering these cases for free to the first 20,000 customers that purchase the Vega Secret UP.
The Pantech Vega Secret Up will soon be release in Korea and will be available in two standard color options namely black and white. The phablet will be offered by all major domestic mobile carriers in the country, but there is no information about the pricing of the phablet and the date on which it will be available in international markets.
