After making and breaking records all around the world, the Apple iPhone 5S has struck in the United States! All major carriers in the United States agree to the fact that the Apple iPhone 5S has become the best selling smartphone in the market.
For those who do not know yet, the Apple iPhone 5S has already topped sales charts all around the world. And we have hardly seen any consumer who did not seem to be happy or satisfied with his or her purchase. We now see the same thing happening in the United States.
If you are an Apple iPhone 5S consumer and are based in the United States, then this is great news for you! Your smartphone is not only the best for you; there are a number of other consumers who feel the same! The Apple iPhone 5S has reached the top spot on all major carriers across the country and it seems that the flagship smartphone will be there for a long long time.
And even though the Apple iPhone 5S has been making records, there is something that you might not exactly know. The iPhone 5S has been the top selling smartphone on every major carrier namely AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, and T-Mobile for three months in a row – September, October and November. This information was provided by Canaccord Genuity analyst T. Michael Walkley.
Yes, that’s three months in a row and we don’t see any reason why the Apple iPhone 5S will not be able to top the charts in the month of December. To add to the excitement, there will be much higher sales this month as the holiday season is here! Apple and its consumers are definitely going to have a merry Christmas and a happy new year for sure.
Now let’s take a look at the top charts. We know that Apple iPhone 5S is on the top spot (#1), but we also want you to know about the other two smartphones that made it to the top charts. So on #2 we have the current flagship smartphone from Samsung, the Samsung Galaxy S4. And on third place, we have the smartphone that follows the iPhone 5S, the Apple iPhone 5C.
- #1 – Apple iPhone 5S
- #2 – Samsung Galaxy S4
- #3 – Apple iPhone 5C
“Before the iPhone 5s and 5c’s release, Apple, Samsung, HTC, Nokia, Sony, and Motorola all had handsets enjoying top-three sales at least one of America’s big four carriers. Apple’s September announcement pushed all but Samsung out of the picture and relegated the South Korean conglomerate’s Galaxy S4 to the runner-up position across the board,” said Michael Walkley.
Before the arrival of the Apple iPhone 5S, the market was flooded with Android flagship smartphones that were doing extremely well. But as soon as the next-gen masterpiece from Apple made its way to the market, it was time for Apple to take the top spot once again!
