It seems that the popularity of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for iOS and Android has forced Rockstar games to make a move and launch it on the Windows Phone 8 store. Though the game has been released for only some select devices powered by the Windows Phone operating system, this is definitely a big move for the Windows Phone users and if your device is on the official compatibility list, it is the time to celebrate! Currently, the game is available for Nokia Lumia 810, 820, 822, 1320 and 1520 as well as HTC 8XT.

With an initial installer size of 19 MB, this game would require an extra space of 2.5 GB that will be downloaded separately to run in your phone. It is advisable that the game be downloaded via a Wi-Fi connection so that the huge size of the download does not affect your monthly data plan.
