Have you ever wondered how the Nexus 5 will look like? – What it will include? – And when it will be released? – I’m here to analyze all that and bring you all the bells and whistles about this awesome device.
When the Nexus 4 was announced it looked really similar to the other quad-core smartphones out there. It was equipped with high resolution display and great camera. We didn’t expect that this smartphone will be priced with $299, which surprised all the smartphone owners of phones with similar capabilities as the Galaxy S3 from Samsung. It lacks LTE network though, but for this price I think no one will complain.
We can expect that this device will feature a 4.7-inch or 5-inch screen and I believe fans of devices with large displays will find its design pretty cool. They won’t risk making it bigger because they will lose all those consumers who don’t like enormous devices. The screen resolution will be an upgrade from the 720p featured on the Nexus 4 to a 1080p for keeping up with the competition.
Maybe we don’t need to expect some big surprises of this process, but eventually they will go as far as the quad-core chip because anything more powerful than this it might pump up the price. These quad-core smartphones are fast enough so there is no reason for you to search for more powerful devices.
What’s far more interesting about this phone is the camera. According to some report, the engineering vice president Vic Gundotra said that they are feeling committed to make insanely great cameras on their Nexus phone devices. This indicates that this new smartphone from Google will focus on putting in great camera features. Some rumors said that it will include a Nikon camera with some multi-layer technology. The latest cameras tech from the competition has included some camera filters and photo mode features. If they can out snap these camera options it will be worth shouting about.
As for the software version, Google is ready to place the latest version of Android OS on this device. This next generation Android software is rumored to be the next Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie.
As for the price, people from Google want to continue this tradition of low priced phones with this next generation Nexus 5. The features are needed to be made far more innovative in order to outrun the competition. We could see some interesting features on the Samsung Galaxy S4 and on the HTC One devices. Both of them offered something innovational but there is still room to improve. That room can be easily used by Google.
And as reported, all the other smartphone manufacturing companies are slowly parting their ways away from Google and making their own OS. And keeping this on mind, the Nexus device can be the only smartphone out there which will remain to use this Android software.
