WWDC to Provide Debuts of New MacBook Air and Pro Models

A lot of speculations are heating up the expectations for this year’s WWDC event. First, we heard that the new budget iPad Mini could be launched at this event, then the new project called iRadio will finally have its debut and now, fresh rumors are saying that Apple will launch its next generation MacBook Air and Pro models. We will see which rumor will be true when this event starts.

The annual WWDC is scheduled to take place in San Francisco, and it starts June 10. We already reported that the tickets for this event are sold in record time. Mingchi Kuo, an analyst that works at KGI Securities said that, at this year’s event, we can expect to see the new version of the MacBook Pro. It features a slimmer design and is powered by the new innovation from Intel and the Haswell processor chip. He also added that the MacBook Air will have some notable improvements at the microphone area.

I’m thinking these rumors might be true because Intel was mentioned in some rumors that it will collaborate with Apple again. The collaboration will mean putting this new Intel Haswell processors in the next mobile and PC devices manufactured by Apple. It is said that these processors are offering longer battery life for the devices than its predecessors. Also, it will help all the companies that make their devices with slimmer design. We can all agree that these chips are a great fit for the Retina models by Apple which have a weak battery life.

The MacBook Air update will feature a dual built-in design that the Retina MacBook Pro already has. I don’t know how this is big news for the MacBook Air lovers, but I expect some other changes to be made, as well. If not, I’ll stick with the MacBook Pro instead.

Something tells me that these devices will be something that we have never seen before from this innovator. Personally, I can’t wait to see if the iRadio will be launched at this event because Apple has made a deal with another music label, Warner Music Group, which increased the chances of the WWDC launch. Right after the event, we are bringing you all the details and important new features that are expected to be revealed. Until then, stay tuned.
