Dell Inspiron One 23 All-in-One with Touch Screen

One of Dell’s great all-in-ones with touchscreen capabilities is Inspiron One 23. There are plenty of touch-friendly desktops on the market at the moment, compatible with Microsoft’s newest Windows 8.

Dell Inspiron One 23 is a decent all-in-one desktop that is fully equipped with plenty of inputs. So, if you need this special selection of inputs, then Dell Inspiron One 23 is the number one desktop you should consider to purchase.

Our first impression of the 23-inch Inspiron One is that it looks like any other modern all-in-one desktop out there. But, look closer. The wide range of old-fashioned inputs makes it a special edition. It’s a desktop that connects both the old, but useful and the modern.

Apart from that, Inspiron One 23 offers aesthetics on a high level and looks pretty satisfying for an all-in-one desktop PC. Its design is classy and simple, which means most desktops lovers would like it. However, if you are seeking for a desktop with a premium design, this is not the right choice for you. Inspiron One 23 is available in black and silver versions.

Dell’s Inspiron One 23 has a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels on its Full HD screen with 10-finger touch capabilities. Windows 8’s wide range of tiles can be easily managed, as its touchscreen responsiveness is pretty high.

The only major problem with its display is in its color expression. Brightness seems to be on a satisfying level, but colors do not look very vivid. Given its operating system and its need for strong colors, Windows 8 interface looks a bit different than on other all-in-ones. As a result, pictures and videos on the Inspiron One 23 do not look impressive.

Performance and other specs

Inspiron One 23 sports a quad-core 2.7GHz Intel Core i5 processor and in a combination with 6GB of RAM memory, it brings a decent performance to the user. As I’ve previously mentioned, this desktop offers a nice ports selection, including 4 USB 3.0 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports as well as an HDMI-in port, VGA and headphone jacks.

This Dell desktop does not have Blu-ray drive, packs an Intel HD Graphics 2500 and offers a full entertaining experience for the whole family. Windows 8 gives you the opportunity to operate the tiles and enjoy videos and sounds.

The bottom line

Regarding its price tag, Dell Inspiron One 23 is a all-in-one desktop that’s worth $649.99. Given its performance and the wide range of ports, I believe many PC users would find it useful and practical.

The responsive touchscreen also adds a bit to the whole impression, so considering all of these facts, Dell Inspiron One 23 makes a good desktop for student that love playing games and families.
