Finally, the day we all had been waiting for has passed and the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is official. The smart device that a number of consumers have been waiting for is finally here. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is definitely a major upgrade to the Note 2, but is it the dream device that you have been waiting for?
Let me clarify right away that we do not, in any way intend to be in favor of or against this newly launched smart device. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is definitely one of the best phablets of this year, and it even has a lot of competition. So instead of giving us our views and suggestions about the Galaxy Note 3, we want our readers to judge for themselves.
We will soon be reviewing the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in detail, but for now let’s take a look at its official spec sheet. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display with a full HD 1080 x 1920 pixels screen resolution. Similar to the Samsung Galaxy S4, the device comes in a number of different variants namely Exynos octa-core powered, Qualcomm snapdragon powered and dual-SIM.
The device will either be equipped with a Samsung Exynos 5 chipset (1.9GHz Cortex A15 processor and 1.3GHz Cortex A7 processor, Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB of RAM) or with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset (2.3GHz quad-core processor, Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB of RAM). Apart from the differences in the processing unit, both these variants have identical hardware.
Every Galaxy Note 3 device is equipped with a 13MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary camera. They come with 32/64GB of internal storage and microSD card slot for storage expansion. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean right out of the box and has a 3200mAh battery that keeps the lights on.
The phablet is available in three color options – Black, Classic White, and Blush Pink. There are a number of accessories and different colored flip covers being offered by Samsung, so color choice on the outside should not be that big of an issue. The Galaxy Note 3 practically has all the goodness of the Galaxy S4, and still manages to be a level above.
