Lenovo has officially announced the Lenovo Vibe Z, the newest (and second) member of the Lenovo Vibe family. The device packs an impressive combination of power and performance but we are not sure about what to say in the looks department.
Good news Lenovo Vibe X, you now have a new member in your family, say hello to the Lenovo Vibe Z. The Lenovo Vibe Z is the smartphone that was earlier referred to as K910. The device has a metal body and a design similar to the Vibe X; of course they are family. Lenovo had unveiled the Vibe X at the IFA event earlier this year and now we welcome the Vibe Z (what happened to Y?).
Coming to the most interesting part, the tech specs. The Lenovo Vibe Z has a 5.5-inch touchscreen display with a full HD screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The device is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset and is powered by a 2.2GHz quad-core processor, Adreno 330 GPU and has 2GB of RAM. The device is backed up by a rechargeable battery and runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean right out of the box. Other important features include a 13MP primary camera with LED flash and a 5MP camera on the front. The smartphone is just 6.9mm thick but as of now, we do not know how much the devices weighs.
If Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean is not your favorite, then you just have to wait for some time in order to get Android 4.4 KitKat. Lenovo has already made the announcement, the Vibe Z will be getting the Android 4.4 KitKat update, but we don’t know when. AS of now, even the pricing and availability details are not out, but things should start getting clear pretty soon.
