It’s been a long time since the last event HP has announced a new set of high-end business gadgets such as enterprise laptops and printers. The time has come for the Hewlett-Packard Company to release a refreshment of their enterprise lineup. Several laptops and printers are announced to give their business gadgets roster a new and stylish look. With this new devices, the company is hoping to establish a sleek yet stylish feel when it comes to business computing and solutions.
HP ProBook Series: Impressive Display and Enhanced Connectivity
There are several laptops that belong to the HP ProBook 600 series. However, all of them have high definition screens and a wide range of options for connectivity. It also has an option for additional for 4G LTE connectivity. Laptops belonging to the ProBook 600 series have different screen sizes and various display chips to deliver superb viewing to its users. A cheaper yet still powerful series will also be offered – the ProBook 400 series. This series will be composed of three different laptops and their prices will start at 499 US dollars. Meanwhile, the ProBook 600 series will be priced with at least $699 tag.
EliteBooks and ElitePads: Sleeker and Tougher for Travellers
The name says it all. These devices belong to the elite lineup of HP. The ElitePad will now include an optional Security Smart Jacket with two models – the one with smart card reader ($249) and the one with a fingerprint reader ($439). Aside from that, the EliteBook 800 series from HP are now thinner by 40 percent and lighter by 28 percent against its predecessor. This makes them more portable to business travelers and executives. Although a cut has been made when it comes to physical features, they still possess the jaw-dropping internal specs. ProBook 800 series will be sold at a starting price of $799.
Printers on the Go: for the Coming Mobile Age
According to HP, they will soon release more printers that will support mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones which will make it easier for business persons to print their documents and other works even through their mobile phones through a WiFi network. Devices paired with the printer will be able to use it even without touching or pressing any button on the printer. It’s a part of the efforts of the company in coping with the mobile world according to its senior vice president for printers.
